To verify your email address, click on 'Verify Email Address' in the pink banner that is displayed in your account.
Then, click the 'Verify your email and create a password' button on this pop-up. You'll get an email from us in your inbox.
Open the verification email and click on the 'Verify my email'. You have successfully verified your email.
Click on the 'Verify NIN' button in this Pink-coloured banner on your account.
Enter your NIN details. Please ensure that your first and last name match the names on your NIN slip. Then, click on 'Continue'.
An OTP will be sent to the number tied to your NIN. Type in the OTP and click on 'Complete Verification'. You have successfully verified your NIN!
To invite your team members, go to your side menu. Under 'Your Team', click on 'View all'
Click on the 'Invite Team Member' button.
Type in the email address of the team member you want to invite and select their role. They will receive an invitation email from PressOne.
Once your team member receives this mail, ensure they open it and click on the 'Accept Invite' button.
Then, they must fill this onboarding form and click 'Complete sign up'. You have successfully invited your team member to PressOne!
To add a contact, go to your side menu and click on 'Contact'. Then, click on the 'Add' button at the top right of your screen.
You can click on 'Create a new contact' to add a single contact or 'Import a CSV file' to add many contacts at once.
If you select 'Create a new contact', you can add the contact's details on this form and click on 'Save Contact'.

you can download the sample CSV of what your file should be.
On your side menu bar click on Personalize
You will see a list of options, click on business number setup
Click on add a new flow
Select your call routing options, upload your caller greting. And set up you call forwarding option
